Go to Antonica and click the gear at ( -978, -11, 714 ) Copy/waypoint -978, -11, 714 (Near Firemyst Gully) to spawn the portal. Clicking the portal will zone everyone in the group in, so be sure everyone in the group has their gear-click update.

Click on the Portal, sends you to "A Clockwork Apocalypse"
Kill 10 of the clockworks in the zone. Most are 80-82^^ heroics with some 78-80^ non-heroics. All the mobs are soloable but difficult - and social. Clockworks in Steamfont Mountain update this part.

Find a descendant of Rilgor Plegnog by heading to Qeynos Harbor and speaking to Sarbith Plegnog ( 723, -20, -75 ) Copy/waypoint 723, -20, -75.
Go back to the wreckage in Antonica to return to the time breach (The zone will have respawned) and give the metalic robe to a time-locked enchantress.
