Bring the barrel at ( 59, 0, 12 ) Copy/waypoint 59, 0, 12 to the breakable wall at ( 65, 4, 49 ) Copy/waypoint 65, 4, 49, right-click it and select ignite.
When the wall is broken, one werewolf will appear at the wall opening and three more will appear further down the other corridors. They start pathing within a couple minutes and traverse the entire corridor system including the room hidden by the broken wall.
