What does this information mean?

All that i know is that Fennin will spawn a non attackable Soleusek somewhere in the fight. I killed him before Solusek could do anything, so i dont know if he stays there as a non attackable or if he join the fight.
Edit: 11/11/2020: Some are saying he's not solable. Yeah just hit him with your biggest gun straight out of the gate and all will be well.
