  • Increases noxious damage done to target by 2.25-5.17% up to 50 stacks depending on spell level

  • Inceases noxious damage to targets in AOE range by 2.25-5.17% for 25 seconds depending on spell level

5: Sanguine Shelter

  • Replaces Sanguine Encasement
  • Applies Sanguine Encasement to qualifying pets
    • Converts all abilities to disease damage
  • Increases Fervor gained by 1.3-5.7 depending on spell level to ancient
  • Converts all abilities that do not depend on weapon damage type to disease damage

6: Virulent Outbreak

  • Inflicts disease damage on target encounter for 8 seconds

7: Necrotic Caress

  • On a melee hit this spell will cast Necrotic Caress on target of attack. Lasts for 4.4-9.5 seconds
    • Reduces Melee Multiplier by 0.09-0.21 up to 50 stacks every 1 second depending on spell level

8: Blood Contract

  • Direct Disease Damage + Disease (DOT)
  • Direct Heal + Heal (HOT)

9: Tainted Mutation

  • Potency decease on target
  • When target falls below 3-4% health this spell will cast Tainted Mutation on target. Lasts for 20.0 seconds.
    • Increases Fervor of caster (Ancient+ spell level only)
    • Reduces target's health to 1.

11: Anti-Life

  • Inflicts x - y disease damage on target
  • Anti-Life deals more damage to targets with higher health
  • Anti-Life will trigger a combo off any ascension combo starter.
  • Anti-Life does not start any ascension combos.

12: Blood Parasite

  • On a death blow this spell has a 5% chance to cast Blood Infusion on target. Lasts for 17.6 seconds
    • Increases Fervor Overcap of caster by 0.9-2.1, multiplied by increment stacks
    • Increases Crit Bonus Overcap of caster by 9.0-20.7, multiplied by increment stacks
    • This effect can only trigger once every 5.0-7.0 seconds.

13: Bloatfly

  • Enemy - Duration 12.3sec+
  • Summons a limited pet to aid the caster

14: Desiccation

  • Enemy - Duration 15.8sec+
  • Inflicts x-y disease damage on target
  • Inflicts x-y disease damage on target every z seconds

    • This effect can only trigger once every 6-9 seconds.
