Steps

1. Kill 8 Caroeth Vanquishers and claim their banded girdles (Around and inside the Caroeth Barracks ( 137, -55, 108 ) Copy/waypoint 137, -55, 108).
2. Slay 4 Caroeth Ridgeguard Assassins and claim their Caroeth stilletos (Up on the cliffs before and after the Caroeth Barracks. They are non-attackable NPCs until you get close, then they jump down and become aggro).
3. Slay 4 imperial golems for their hearts (Around and inside the Caroeth Barracks).
4. Kill 2 enchanted barricades (1 before and several behind the red gate).
5. Kill 1 imperial rampart ( 308, -30, 203 ) Copy/waypoint 308, -30, 203. There are only 2 of those, before the bridge over The Eternal Wellspring, after the red gate.
