Steps

1. Speak with Orren in the Barren Sky
2. Get a debris sample.
   • On the beach, on the south side of the Dead River Docks in The Thundering Steppes at ( -474, -24, -359 ) Copy/waypoint -474.47, -24.14, -359.32
3. Return and speak to Orren.
4. Take the the cloud at ( -461, -71, -439 ) Copy/waypoint -461, -71, -439 to Splendor Sky Aerie. Use this same route if you have also accepted the Adventure Timeline Quest: Ballads of Zimara: The Aerie Overture.
   • The Ulteran Spire is unlocked to Splendor Sky Aerie at this step but the Adventurer Timeline Quest will not advance until you take the Cloud to Splendor Sky Aerie, or complete the quest For the Greater Good!.
5. Search for Goldbeak.
   • Updated by speaking with Hydona in Sanctuary ( 334, 286, 966 ) Copy/waypoint 334.30, 286.45, 966.37
