One of the greatest tinkerers of all time, at least according to him, offered to teach me a new tinkering recipe that he alone discovered. It seems he is missing the schematics he made. He provided me with his journal detailing his journey through the Withered Lands and asked that I retrieve the schematics. Once they are retrieved I can make one of the contraptions for myself! The quest gives you a journal in your inventory with clues where to find the schematics
