hidden effect?

Mentor down to 80

If you are having trouble getting Valorous Wings to drop, try mentoring down to level 80.

From my personal experience, I ran Shard of Love: A Moment of Valor 20 to 30 times when I was in the level 95-100 range without these wings dropping. At the suggestion of a few people in General chat, I tried mentoring down to level 80. The wings dropped for me from Mithaniel Marr's chest on the first run. Furthermore, all of the loot drops from the other named mobs were different, so it's safe to say that the loot table changes at some point between 80-95 to one where the wings probably don't drop.
