IMHO the "Tradeskill Respecialization" option is one of the gotchas in the game. You end up level 9 but if you already did the questlines, you have no way to level back up to 20 without wasting a lot of time and materials on things nobody needs. The quests should be reset so you can and have to redo the questlines again from Varla/Tam and on upward, or at least just Varla and Tam. Because the Work orders aren't even offered to those who respec. Either that's a bug or a feature, I can't tell. I talk to the Work orders person and they tell me to look at the clipboard. The clipboard shows nothing. And no city or tradeskill quests are listed. My personal advice is, do this as the last resort if you absolutely must, and make some level 10 mastercrafted's to transmute I guess. I did get significant ts xp out of furthering A Gathering Obsession and doing the Adorning daily task though. So it's not all doom and gloom.
