The following anonymous comment was listed in a problem report:

On the last part (The Triumph of Fear)if you go in solo and try to kill the last mob (Dreadnaught Blackengrit) and zone out the mob (Dreadnaught Blackengrit) will not be in the zone. Looks that the zone resets and you will not beable to get him to spawn unless you delete the quest and start over
