can't get it with -1100 faction using illusion.
edit above, i'm same poster with -1100/illusion. it's offering me the quest today, -1100/illusion works. maybe i needed to zone after completing the last two repeatable faction quests.
I am at natural -1100 and it will not let me pick up the quest and it won't let me do the repeatable quests next to her. I have camped and rezoned and nothing works. I will keep you updated and get more order of rime faction.
