I leashed 3 tuskers. Dismounted and ran on foot from Span to Riliss because my horse was too fast for them to keep up. Quest dialog in journal reads, "Return three Kunarkian tuskers." I have 3 tuskers in tow yet Gilriss wont acknowledge they are here. As I type this, the tuskers are disappearing...

I was jumped while doing this and I let my Illy pet take the tiger that aggroed me. I dunno if it was from me being an Illusionist, or the fact I got aggro, but once I did it again, minus the pet, and no aggro, it instantly updated.{{Unsigned|99.31.109.43|ip=y}}

Buggy? I had some problems with this quest. I rounded up my 3 tuskers. When I went back to the questgiver, I got messages saying I had tusker 1/3 and 2/3. 2 of them poofed, but I still had a third one that I could not seem to get him to recognize. So I went and got another tusker and brought him back. No recognition this time, but he poofed. I gave up at this point. It is a long way from Rilis to the tuskers by foot. (can't use sokokor while they are harnessed)

It seems to be on a timer, actually. If you wait too long it won't register the tusker at all. I combatted this problem by fetching them one at a time.

Multiple updates at once.[]

Today I finished this quest. 1st run I leashed 3 Tuskers, and took the Sokokar back. When I arrived near Gilriss I got 2/3 updates. I flew back near the span and leashed 1 more, flew back, and got my final update. At only 1 point did the Tuskers appear still leashed, but nonetheless I got the updates.

Updated Quest page to reflect this, where it said you couldn't turn in multiple Tuskers at once.

This is the second time I have come back with 3 tuskers, and I have yet to get a single update.

Works fine[]

I found 3 Tuskers close together,leashed all 3,ran to Sathir,went to West Pens,then to Rallis ,clicked the post got all 3 updates.Took 3:15 to complete from leashing first tusker to final chat with NPC

Comments from Main article[]

  • All three can be leashed at the same time, you can return 3 at a time.
  • As of September 22, 2008, you can leash a tusker near the zone to Kylong Plains, fly to Riliss, and then use the post in front of Gilriss to turn the Tusker(s) in. They apparently don't have to be anywhere near you in order to actually tie them to the post.

No problem at all[]

Leashed 4, ran to span, flew to western post then to Riliss, clicked post, got all 3, quest done ;)

A little buggy for me.

Ive done this quest before on another character and this time around I was unable to complete it in one fell swoop like I did before.

I was jumped while doing this and I let my Illy pet take the tiger that aggroed me. I dunno if it was from me being an Illusionist, or the fact I got aggro, but once I did it again, minus the pet, and no aggro, it instantly updated.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.31.109.43 (talkcontribs)
