Not convinced this quest is dependent on the quest Underdepths Saga: Luminous Quest becoming available. I was able to pick this up as a level100 crafter (also level 100 Warden - but still on the first step of the adventuring signature quest), after picking up the tradeskill quest Researching a Solution from Brytthel. I would guess the only requirement is being reconised as a 'friend' by the Glaufaye - which can be achieved as a crafter, by equipping Brythell's Signet Ring in the 'Hands' appearance slot.

Just a note to confirm that there is no dependency on Underdepths Saga: Luminous Quest. Just picked this up, having not even started the Adventure Signature Quest.
