I was able to get this quest for my BL at level 66 Ridolain Kirkwall 01:26, March 9, 2012 (UTC)
I was only able to get the last update by killing sathirian watchers and scouts. hoplite and medics did not give the update 72.201.25.179 17:11, June 13, 2012 (UTC)wildpyro
