Patch question[]
I think this NPC may have been added to the game during LU57 when the newbie zones got revamped, but I don't have proof, only circumstantial evidence - 1) this NPC didn't have an article even though back in the day someone did a pretty thorough job on GFay NPCs, and 2) this NPC's uid is in the 50Ks instead of the 20Ks like most GFay uids are.
