It's been three years since this was posted. I doubt it will ever be fixed but I will save here on the discussion page so it isn't cluttering up the main page.
I actually crafted this item and adorned it to a level 50 neck piece so it isn't just a cosmetic labeling bug. In general I feel articles should be labeled as how things actually work in a game and not how they "should" work if they are ever fixed.

| This item is incorrectly labeled as being "Level 50" but truly is a level 60 adornment. Bug reports have been submitted to SOE in order for this to be fixed.
