We not have that." No other group of goblins did that call out. Afterward the stolen pylon was visible. I spent 90 minutes looking for it, and in OF 1 and OF 2, and no pylon until after that spawn. Goblish[]
I was able to do this quest without Goblish, but i needed it a quest later. --

The "stolen pylon" is not visible until spawned attack?[]
The 'red outlined' pylon was not up at all, did not exist... until I went to (121, -184, 593) and a spawned group of goblins attacked me. They cried out "Defiling goblin lands? We not have that." No other group of goblins did that call out. Afterward the stolen pylon was visible. I spent 90 minutes looking for it, and in OF 1 and OF 2, and no pylon until after that spawn.
