If you get disconnected between steps 4 & 5, the paper may be missing. Go back and talk to Geldryy Alvek (-2651, -412, -2673) and the paper will respawn. Sakshale (talk) 21:43, August 13, 2014 (UTC)
When I went through this, Sliza Xarezia was missing on the last round. It appears she sometimes spawns underground. I had the leave the zone and return... to find her in her normal place. Sakshale (talk) 22:13, August 13, 2014 (UTC)
