Talk: Fishing for Faction

I mised this quest and had my faction to the order of rime at 8.610 wearing the order of rime nova-vicar illusion. I had to kill rimes to get my faction down untill 2.000 wearing the illusion before I was able to get this quest, till then the only quest offerd was: More fish for the stew
