Rantiri Skelbre was missing when I returns. It appears he sometimes spawns underground. I had the leave the zone and return... to find him in his normal place. Sakshale (talk) 22:16, August 13, 2014 (UTC)
One can also use /tar Rantiri and hail the NPC to complete the quest.
