How do you get her to give it you?[]
Either they've removed this quest, or you must do something to get her to give it you. I can talk to her, but there's no feather over her name, nor will she give me the quest.
I had to go back to the previous camp and complete the quest lines there. it appears these should be linked to offer this quest.
