Intended level?[]
Questlevels in Cobalt Scar range (at the time of writing 23/9/21) from 96 to 100. Shouldn't the intended level change (from 92-95 to 05-100)? Also in the Soloing Timeline I would shift this timeline 'to the right'. FrankGeus
