You can quest or buy the recipe books. Like I had bought the recipe books for some of my crafters and when I received the recipe book reward I simply sold them to a merchant for some coin. They are the same books from merchant and the quests. Jado818 (talk) 17:29, February 11, 2014 (UTC)
