Completed this quest as 25 Warden / 70 Alchy. My Harvesting and Mining skills were at 95/350.
Harvesting Skills[]
There are no requirements for harvesting skills to complete this quest. I removed mention of it from the article because, as things are with the game today, it's irrelevant to the quest. With restrictions on harvesting removed years ago, having certain skill levels are no longer prerequisites and I feel they can be confusing to new players if they're mentioned.
