Steps

1. Kill Blacksmith Lava-eye
2. Kill A Molten Juggernaut

Blacksmith stands in front of the far forge. To spawn the Molten Juggernaut (in the same forge where Lava-eye stands), all "An Enslaved Forgelord"s (89 ^^^ mobs in the forges) must be killed first. The Forgelords are not faction hits so having non-KOS faction with the Defenders of the Seal will make pulling the Forgelords much easier.
