Steps

1. Kill 3 dissident recruiters in Scale Yard: Traitor's End. These are auto-pops, so be careful running around with low health!
2. Return to Derald Walldons
3. Speak to a captured dissident in the jail below the Freeport Militia House
4. Head to ( -160, -59, -198 ) Copy/waypoint -160, -59, -198 in North Freeport and enter Den of the Deserters. The entrance is a door on the back side of a house.
   • NOTE: The game not only makes it sound as if the hideout is in Beggar's Court, but allows you to zone into Beggar's Court when it normally wouldn't. Don't bother - there's nothing in there.
5. Defeat Aldran Millhouden (scales v coercer) and his two dissident bodyguards (scales vv guardian).
6. Return to Derald Walldons.
