This "NPC" is one of three new plants that show up in Nektulos Forest after LU24. A large concentration of spiteweed grows around Bone Lake although the plant grows throughout the zone.
Spiteweed has been classified and and NPC because you can use track to find them. While they can do you damage, they cannot be killed like monsters. The plant will trigger the following effect when you click on it or get too close:
Spiteweed Rash
- When target is damaged with a melee weapon this spell will cast Spiteweed Rash Irritation on target
- Inflicts 1 poison damage on target
- Duration: 2 minutes
