- Spire Shadow Outpost was formerly located right in front of Steamfont Alley, the passage to the Steamfont Mountains. As of LU57, kobolds from Steamfont destroyed the old Shadow Spire Outpost. Most of the inhabitants survived, but Grum was killed and Kresp disappeared. They relocated to the bottom of the Spire hill and set up some tents.
