Speak to Pannaxxun at ( -202, 573, -558 ) Copy

Speak to Pannaxxun. She will cast a Sphinx illusion on you
- Note: While this is active, the epic Pakiat enforcers will become non-aggro
Collect 10 stolen arcana from Arcane Scrolls, Arcane Puzzleboxes, and Scrying Bowls on the platforms in Pakiat Bluffs.
Speak to a Pakiat artifact attendant on one of the platforms. The location appears random, and there may be multiple up at a given time, but the correct one will show on the map.
- Note: The sphinx illusion must be visible.
Return to Pannaxxun at ( -202, 573, -558 ) Copy/waypoint -202, 573, -558.
