Speak to Pannaxxun. She will cast a Sphinx illusion on you
Collect 10 stolen arcana from "Arcane Scrolls", "Arcane Puzzleboxes", and "Scrying Bowls" on the platforms in Pakiat Bluffs.
Speak to a Pakiat artifact attendant on one of the platforms ( -826, 131, -769 ) Copy/waypoint -826.28, 130.84, -769.03 In order to speak to the Pakiat artifact attendant, you need to do the following:
- Hailing the other attendants will trigger the artifact attendant to become active. Hail each of the different types of attendants, Food, then Water, and then Artifact (In that order.)
- Hailing Food and Water attendants will NOT give any kind of notification, or change the quest at all. You must hail a food attendant, water attendant, and an artifact attendant, in that order. Once you have hailed the food and water attendants then head to an artifact attendant ( -808, 131, -412 ) Copy/waypoint -808, 131, -412.27 who will have the quest update book above his head.
