What does this information mean?

Strategy

1. Clear the zone of everything that aggros when you go near it. It will join the fight later if you don't.
2. Zorglim the Departed is up on the mezzanine in one of the corners. Killing him makes the Spectral Librarian attackable. The Shadowed Tome of Ages Past spawns with her.
3. The trick to the Spectral Librarian & Tome fight seems to be to make sure to keep their damage within a very narrow band of each other. This may not matter so much when they're green/yellow, but once they're below some (yet to be determined) threshold it is vital.
