The quest may specify different creatures than those listed here. If it is a plumewit, then any plumewit may work, as long as it has the "bag" symbol in its nametag.
When you use Jesinnal's Tablet, you then have 15 seconds to finish the animal off. The nametag's symbol may change to a feather if the spell is applied.
If you wait until the animal is at 50% health, it helps because of the timing. However, if you are coming into the expansion with 50+ Fervor, your higher dps may require that you use it before attacking.

Use Jesinnal's Tablet on the following before you kill them. Seems to work best if you use it after the mob is below 25% health.
