You will need the Disk of Bylze to respawn the Shade of Bylze. If you destroyed it you will need to reopen the chest that dropped it in the quest Burglars Afoot. Location of the chest is in Tenebrous Tangle at ( 563, -147, 641 ) Copy/waypoint 563, -147, 641.

Inspect the Anvil of Animatus in the Chamber of Animation. ( -167, 136, 41 ) Copy/waypoint -167, 136, 41.
Speak with 'the tome of Animatus' who tells you to kill a Scaleborn animator and 3 sentinel builders. All of these spawn in the same room. The two named mobs in the Chamber of Animation also work in lieu of a Scaleborn animator.
Examine the two blue pools in the Chamber of Animation.
Return to the Shade of Bylze ( 12, 157, -40 ) Copy/waypoint 12, 157, -40 for your reward and a very revealing twist regarding the shade's true identity.
