MT can pull this named out of the room, which is recommended. Pull him up the ramp and have the MT park against one of the pillars in the upper hallway. He has a pretty hefty AoE on a 1:35 second timer. (seen 55sec - 1min45sec) Stand about 50 meters away and you should be good. (End of the ramp around the corner seems good.)

Beginning when Silverwing's health hits 80%, someone in the raid will be ultravisioned. It will be announced zonewide who it is. That person will need to go deactivate the large devices by clicking the small statue in front of them.

Fighters deactivate the first statue on the left when entering Silverwing's room. (SouthWest)

Scouts deactivate the center far side opposite Silverwingfar. (East)

Mages deactivate the statue opposite the fighters. (NorthWest)

Priests deactivate the one where Silverwing resides before he is pulled. (West)

Until that person deactivates the statue, Silverwing is immune to damage. He will continue to AoE however.

Starting at 60% of Silverwing's health, adds will start to spawn. Mez these 'til Silverwing is Immune, then focus on the adds.

Also, there are four switches in the room that "Reprogram" and deactivate the stunning orbs. Two are behind and on both sides of Silverwing. Put two people on those levers and you will have less problems with the stuns. The other 2 can be reprogrammed as the Ultravisioned person runs for his switch.
