Strategy[]
To spawn Shred of Tashakhi, I cleared the room of grimlings (not sure if you must, I just do that so I can fight a clean fight). Once you clear the center spawn, Tashakhi will spawn in the glowing purple ball in the center of the room. Fighting him there were adds and maybe a detrimental, however, before I could do this write up I crashed so I could not capture any of that information. If I do it again, I will update this information.
