There is no exit from the zone. To leave, you will have to use Call to Guild Hall or some other type of port.

Supposedly, there are fifteen possible spawn locations.The spawn does seem to rotate on its own, so you can camp a specific location. I've done this twice and waited no more than an hour each time.

On the other side of a small rock island on the east side of Bay of Anuk ( -981, -233, -1447 ) Copy/waypoint -980.85, -233.26, -1447.41.
On a different small island east of the Bay of Anuk ( -1253, -223, -1197 ) Copy/waypoint -1252.83, -223.30, -1197.07.
On the other side of a different small island east of the Bay of Anuk ( -1249, -232, -1212 ) Copy/waypoint -1248.79, -232.03, -1211.71.

Inside the inlet to the northern most end of the map, southern most rock, just below the other two locations, lower of two rocks closest to the wall, has 4 level 53 mobs that spawn Bay of Anuk ( -786, -231, -1285 ) Copy/waypoint -785.58, -231.08, -1284.98.
