Through the Gates of Bliss for Hate for evil aligned characters.

The access quests will be required to enter the zone before the next update LU54 hits the game servers only. After that the access quest is no longer needed. The portal to the Shard of Love is at ( -62, -8, 67 ) Copy/waypoint -62, -8, 67.
