Climb the nearest chain links to where the two NPCs named Orly and Yarly stand ( 382, 316, -656 ) Copy/waypoint 382, 316, -656. Inspect the carcass that you received in the previous step.
You will be attacked by Soctoro (level 64). You must slay him before the 5-minute timer expires.
