- This is done at a work bench and requires 1 amber, 2 quicksilver cluster, 2 titanium ore, 1 ethereal coal.
- Crafting stations are in the Paineel Commons at ( 1800, -299, 3492 ) on both sides
- Return to Sumit for your reward.
