What does this information mean?

- Gather 20 roots (can be tuber strand, belladonna root or tussah root)
- Gather 10 tea leaves (can be raw black tea leaf, oolong tea leaf or green tea leaf)
- Kill scarecrows for 5 a piece of jute cloth, looted from their corpses. Mob suggestions:
