Collect scout reports. The first two scouts will be shown on the map with a quest completion icon (a flashing book), so they're easy to find. They wander a bit, but approximate locations are:
The third scout is actually missing and will not appear on your map. You must find the first two patrols before the third will trigger an update in Kejaan's Rill.
There is a climb point at ( 701, 8, 3391 ) Copy/waypoint 701.40, 7.90, 3391.30 in Toxxulia's Forest that can help you get to Kejaan's Rill faster if you don't have a flying mount.
If you're on a flying mount and don't get an update, dismount and walk around the area.
