Make sure to kill all Ritualist, else Sarinich will be invincible. Once the 8 Ritualist are killed, then it is a simple tank and spank.
There is no need to kill any of the Ritualists, but you have to destoy two statues, one in Temple of Thulian Power (/loc -483.65, 13.91, 213.82) and one in Temple of Thulian Might (/loc -327.43, 13.91, 215.47). When both statues are destroyed Sarinich shouts "Fools! You will pay for defiling our temple!"
