Osh had had a vision that Field Marshal Vishra is in need of my help. I should return to Salt Breeze camp to contact him.
- Travel to this location is now possible by hailing a a griffin tamer NPC, simply named New Combine Flight Master, on the docks outside of Thurgadin, City of the Coldain at ( 1277, -540, 304 ) /waypoint 1277, -540, 304, by using a Globe of Swift Travel, or Ulteran Spires without the previously required quest unlocks.
