What does this information mean?

Steps

1. Use Grezrik's sleeping elixir on a froglok captive in the Western Pens of Riliss ( -694, -137, 688 ) Copy/waypoint -694, -137, 688. The froglok will attack, but do not kill it. After a short while, it will succumb to the sleep potion. At this point simply click it and a sedated froglok will be added to your inventory.
   • If you happen to kill the froglok, simply delete and reacquire the quest.
2. Take the sedated froglok to Trooper Kresix in Riliss. ( -791, 49, -246 ) Copy/waypoint -791, 49, -246
