You should have reached +20500 faction now, provided you have not worked for the other 2 factions while raising your faction with House Yrzu and made sure to snag the extra repeatable to end up at +4000 instead of +1000 faction. Please note that you can't fall below +20000 faction once you crossed that threshold. If you feel like exploring one of the other factions now, that you will not incur a bad penalty for doing so, would be good time to switch instead of finishing this quest. If you only had +1000 faction after the repeatables you should finish this quest and Furthering Education first before switching factions to also put you at +20500 faction.

- Speak to Annuk’ka again.
- Speak to Elishuru at ( 176, 590, -576 ) .
