While a shield is equipped, the next time that the Gladiator successfully blocks/parries/ripostes an attack or an enemy blocks/parries/deflects/ripostes the Gladiator, the Gladiator returns with a counterattack. This effect refreshes every 30 seconds.

  • Applies Reversal. Lasts for 30 seconds.
    • When target blocks this spell will cast Gladiator's Strike on target's victim.
      • Inflicts x-y melee damage on target.
      • Grants a total of 1 triggers of the spell.
    • When target deflects this spell will cast Gladiator's Strike on target's victim.
      • Inflicts x-y melee damage on target.
      • Grants a total of 1 triggers of the spell.
    • On a successful parry this spell will cast Gladiator's Strike on target's victim.
      • Inflicts x-y melee damage on target.
      • Grants a total of 1 triggers of the spell.
    • On a successful riposte this spell will cast Gladiator's Strike on target's victim.
      • Inflicts x-y melee damage on target.
      • Grants a total of 1 triggers of the spell.
    • When target parries this spell will cast Gladiator's Strike on target's victim.
      • Inflicts x-y melee damage on target.
      • Grants a total of 1 triggers of the spell.
    • When target ripostes this spell will cast Gladiator's Strike on target's victim.
      • Inflicts x-y melee damage on target.
      • Grants a total of 1 triggers of the spell.
  • If any of the following are true:
    • If shield equipped in Secondary
    • If buckler equipped in Secondary

Before Sentinel's Fate, this effect required a buckler, and was called "Buckler Reversal".
