Steps

1. Purchase a Potion of Internal Warmth for 18g from Dillamond at ( 372, -15, 476 ) Copy/waypoint 372, -15, 476
2. Head west up the hill outside the village. The person you are looking for is at ( 783, -4, 558 ) Copy/waypoint 783, -4, 558.
3. When you hail the deserting shardfist, you can choose either to give him the potion you purchased or to kill him. Either choice will update this step.
4. Return to Gyatso to complete the quest.
