Steps

1. Take the lift at ( 85, 12, -275 ) Copy/waypoint 85.00, 12.32, -274.94 and re-enter Raj'Durabad.
2. Speak to Ismail ( 13, 95, -429 ) Copy/waypoint 12.64, 94.75, -429.20
   • complete the subquest The Threatening Truth.
3. Speak to Ismail and finish the conversation where Zizzez takes part. ( Zissez is a flying imp-like jester who appears beside Ismail when you begin the conversation. I had to step back because he spawned inside me, and I couldn't find him. He appears right beside Ismail. )
4. "Find out what's going on with the Sultan of Daggers"
   1. Enter the "Sultan's Mahallah", which is the the large tent at ( -304, 118, -118 ) Copy/waypoint -304.34, 117.54, -117.97
   2. Speak to Aldys, Sultan of the Daggers
   3. Defeat Riddan.
   4. Defeat Zizzez.
   5. Defeat blue lantern (hanging from top of tent near Riddan)
   6. Pick up Riddan.
5. Return to Jawdah the Mystic( 177, -60, 458 ) Copy/waypoint 177.44, -60.15, 458.47
6. Speak to Nouzar ( 179, -60, 463 ) Copy/waypoint 178.83, -60.15, 462.84
   • Subquest Raj'Durabad Feeling About This.
7. Speak to Nouzar and Jawdah the Mystic.
