Steps

1. Obtain flawless luclizite ore and blessed with Drinalian quicksilver.
   1. Obtain 6 flawless luclizite ore.
      • These come from mining piles of rocks lying around the zones, and are not a guaranteed drop. Check different sections of the city like The Bazaar and Shadow Haven as well as the Luclin nexus.

        

        
        
   2. Speak to Yedrik Stoneeye in the Mithril Merchant Stalls of The Bazaar ( -159, -1, -95 ) Copy/waypoint -159, -0.64, -95 to have the flawless luclizite ore stone carved into a whisper column.
   3. Speak to Lyya Alumere in the House of Midst area ( 611, -23, -613 ) Copy/waypoint 611, -23, -613 to obtain the Drinalian quicksilver.
      • Requires completion of Lend a Helping Hand or Crime Pays Someone
2. Speak with Head Scholar Nabihan in the Shadow Haven Haven of Worship ( -848, 0, -145 ) Copy/waypoint -848, 0.17, -145.
3. Place Drinalian Whisper Column at ( -846, -0, -150 ) Copy/waypoint -846, -0.14, -150.
4. Sanctify the new Drinalian Whisper Column.
5. Speak with Calum, Drinal's Steward, by interacting with the sanctified Whisper Column.
6. Speak with Head Scholar Nabihan.
