Obtain flawless luclizite ore and blessed with Drinalian quicksilver.
1. Obtain 6 flawless luclizite ore.
  - These come from mining piles of rocks at (( -19, -1, -24 ) Copy/waypoint -19.23, -0.62, -24.38, ( -298, -2, -112 ) Copy/waypoint -298.26, -1.76, -111.67) lying around the zones, and are not a guaranteed drop. Check different sections of the city like The Bazaar and Shadow Haven as well as the Luclin nexus.
  - Note: Nontrackable.
2. Speak to Yedrik Stoneeye in the Mithril Merchant Stalls of The Bazaar ( -159, -1, -95 ) Copy/waypoint -159, -0.64, -95 to have the flawless luclizite ore stone carved into a whisper column.
3. Speak to Lyya Alumere ( 611, -23, -613 ) Copy/waypoint 611, -23, -613 or Evuar Vrottoth ( 720, -8, -504 ) Copy/waypoint 720, -8, -504 in the House of Midst area to obtain the Drinalian quicksilver.

Speak with Head Scholar Nabihan in the Shadow Haven Haven of Worship ( -848, 0, -145 ) Copy/waypoint -848, 0.17, -145.
Place Drinalian Whisper Column at ( -846, -0, -150 ) Copy/waypoint -846, -0.14, -150.
Sanctify the new Drinalian Whisper Column.
Speak with Calum, Drinal's Steward, by interacting with the sanctified Whisper Column.
Speak with Head Scholar Nabihan.
